The Kansas Certificate of Good Standing (Also referred to as the Kansas Certificate of Existence or Kansas Certificate of Status) is an official document issued by the Kansas Secretary of State that certifies that the legal entity is registered with the State of Kansas and is compliance with all state required formalities.
