The Oklahoma Good Standing Certificate (Also referred to as the Oklahoma Certificate of Status or Oklahoma Certificate of Existence) is an official document issued by the Oklahoma Secretary of State that certifies that the legal entity is registered with the State of Oklahoma and is compliance with all state required formalities.

Upon application to the Office of the Oklahoma Secretary of State a Certificate of Good Standing will be granted to any domestic or foreign profit and nonprofit corporation that was duly registered or formed within the State of Oklahoma.
